With over a decade of service in the Coast Guard Administration of Taiwan, MoSiao has honed a multifaceted skill set, excelling in transnational security operations, data analysis, and intergovernmental collaboration.

MoSiao earned a Master of Arts in International Crime and Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where they achieved a stellar GPA of 3.94. This advanced education is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Policing from Central Police University in Taiwan. Additionally, MoSiao holds specialized certifications, including International Boarding Officer (USCG), advanced training in Project Management, and Data Analysis with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Professionally, MoSiao has demonstrated exceptional leadership and analytical capabilities. As a Global Security Specialist at the Coast Guard Administration, he spearheaded the development of Security Strategy Programs (SSPs) in collaboration with international partners such as the U.S. and Japan. MoSiao effectively managed cross-functional teams, enhanced capacity building through advanced training exchanges, and established encrypted communication channels that fortified regional security frameworks. 

During his tenure as an Investigative Analyst Intern with the Department of Investigation in New York City, MoSiao identified critical flaws in NYPD’s Crime Group Database policies and issued actionable recommendations to improve digital surveillance and security protocols.
